Will my employer see that I have joined?

Not unless you choose. New profiles are private. Discreet lets properties find you by skill while showing only your first name and initial, until you accept an introduction.

What does it cost to join?

Nothing. A professional account is free. Optional memberships add stronger matching and visibility, and courses are paid for one at a time, from £10.

Do Academy certificates count for anything?

Every course carries CPD hours, and a completed course adds a badge to your profile with a certificate code anybody can check, so an employer can see it is real.

Is AI deciding who gets a job?

No. Matching is structured: it shows which treatments, systems and qualifications fit and which do not. AI helps with writing, such as a profile drafted from your CV or a job advert, and nothing is saved until a person has checked it.
