Terms of Service for Wellness House Collective

Welcome to Wellness House Collective! As a premier spa consultancy firm, our core mission is to deliver tailored strategic guidance, operational audits and professional development services to elevate your spa and wellness business. In addition to consultancy, we offer a members-only portal featuring curated resources, industry insights and networking opportunities (collectively, the "Service"). By engaging with any part of our Service—consulting projects, membership portal, resource downloads or events—you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

1. Eligibility & Engagement

1.1 Consulting Clients. Our spa consultancy services are available to businesses, organizations and individuals seeking professional advice. Engagements begin upon acceptance of a Statement of Work.

1.2 Portal Members. The members-only portal is intended for spa and wellness professionals aged 18 or older. Registration requires accurate contact and business information.

1.3 Account Security. All portal users receive unique login credentials. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities under it.

2. Consultancy Services & Fees

2.1 Scope & Deliverables. Each consultancy engagement is governed by a Statement of Work detailing objectives, deliverables, timeline and fees.

2.2 Fees & Payment. Consultancy fees are invoiced per the agreed schedule. Unless otherwise specified, payments are due within 30 days of invoice receipt.

2.3 Changes & Cancellations. Any client-requested changes to scope may incur additional fees. Engagement cancellation terms are defined in the applicable Statement of Work.

3. Membership Access & Fees

3.1 Membership Tiers. We offer complimentary and paid membership levels granting different access to our Resource Library, House Hub and Featured Blogs.

3.2 Billing & Renewal. Paid memberships are billed monthly or annually in advance and renew automatically unless canceled prior to renewal.

3.3 Cancellation & Refunds. Members may cancel at any time. No refunds for partial periods, except as required by law.

4. Use of Materials & Conduct

4.1 Consulting Deliverables. All methodology, reports and recommendations provided during consultancy engagements are solely for the client’s internal use.

4.2 Resource Downloads. Portal members may download and use templates, checklists and guides for internal business purposes only.

4.3 Prohibited Actions. You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense or publicly share any Service content or consultancy deliverables.

4.4 Professional Conduct. Clients and members agree to uphold ethical and legal standards in using our services.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Ownership. Wellness House Collective retains ownership of all intellectual property, including consulting methodologies, portal content, trademarks and software.

5.2 License. We grant clients a limited, non-exclusive right to use deliverables and portal materials as permitted under these Terms.

5.3 Restrictions. Unauthorized copying, adaptation or distribution of our IP is prohibited.

6. Confidentiality & Data Protection

6.1 Confidential Information. Both parties agree to keep confidential all proprietary information exchanged during consultancy engagements.

6.2 Privacy Policy. Portal members’ personal data is handled per our Privacy Policy. Consulting clients’ business data is used solely to perform the agreed services.

7. Disclaimers & Liability Limitation

7.1 No Guarantees. While we use professional expertise, we cannot guarantee specific business outcomes or financial results.

7.2 Liability Cap. Our total liability under these Terms or any engagement is limited to the fees paid by you in the six months preceding the claim.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Wellness House Collective from any losses arising out of your use or misuse of the Service or consulting deliverables.

9. Termination

9.1 By Client/Member. You may terminate memberships via account settings and consultancy agreements as specified in the Statement of Work.

9.2 By Us. We may suspend or terminate access for breaches of these Terms or non-payment.

9.3 Post-Termination. Upon termination, all rights to use Service content or consultancy deliverables cease, and any outstanding payments remain due.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any Statements of Work are governed by the laws of England and Wales, with disputes exclusively in London courts.

11. Amendments

We may revise these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted with a new "Last updated" date and members/clients notified. Continued use signifies acceptance.
